So let us get the cat out of the bag: of course Porchetta has the best, succulent, slow roasted pork sandwich this side of the Mississippi (not to mention a delicious new Lebanese chicken sandwich)! But don’t be fooled—-Porchetta is also a secret dining paradise for vegetarian (and even vegan) diners. Cases in point:

On a weekly basis vegetables like roasted brussel sprouts (pictured above) grace the Porchetta menu along with cooking greens, carmelized roasted carrots, white beans, corn on the cob, or roasted cauliflower w/ pomegranate molasses (a traditional eastern Mediterranean condiment).
